Most people, when they hear the name Jackie Chan, automatically picture one of many action movies featuring the impressive martial arts skills of this athletic actor. What many may not realize or have noticed, is the presence of Mitsubishi models in each of Chan’s films. This of course is no accident, as the actor has had a long-standing relationship with Mitsubishi Motors that extends back to the late 1970’s when he signed a deal with the automaker to exclusively feature Mitsubishi models in all of his films.

While the brand’s vehicles are seen in all of his films, there are a couple of films that stand out the most in terms of Mitsubishi placement. This first is his 1995 film “Thunderbolt” in which his character is an employee at a Mitsubishi factory. A second is the film “Who Am I” released in 1998 which features and incredibly action-packed car chase scene in which Chan is able to maneuver past a group of cops and bad guys while piloting a Mitsubishi Evo. Check out clips from both films in the videos below and be sure to keep an eye out for Mitsubishi models the next time you watch a classic Jackie Chan flick.
