But one thing that’s for sure – your vehicle isn’t ready. And that means it’s time to upgrade your ride! While we’re ready to help you get behind the wheel of a capable new Mitsubishi that fits your budget and needs, we’re also here to help you get the absolute MOST for your trade! So, check out those helpful tips below, and be sure to put them to good use before stopping in to see our team right here at Younger Mitsubishi! Oh, and in order to save a little extra, check out our June new vehicle offers. There’s plenty of ways to save – just do your research! We hope to see you soon!

Regular maintenance is crucial:

You should always be regularly servicing your vehicle but when it comes to trading in your old ride, this is especially important. Not only do dealers take a look at the exterior vehicle, but we also want to know how it rides and what it’ll need to get up to standards. If you’ve taken great care of your vehicle, you’ll receive more for your trade!

Clean it up nice:

Make your vehicle look its’ best. Spend a little time detailing it, cleaning up the inside, and even consider fixing any minor scratches, dents, or flaws that your vehicle has accrued over time. Also, removing all of your items could help bring the price up as it’ll make your vehicle look organized and clean.

Do some research:

What’s your trade worth? If you don’t know, let us appraise it or choose to use Kelley Blue Book. This will give us a good starting point to negotiate the price of your trade. Knowing the price and what the market is like currently, will help drive the price for your trade up!

Sell it yourself:

Oftentimes, you could get more money for your old ride if you sell it privately. And sometimes this is a great option if you have the patience to do it! If you are not happy with the trade-in offer you receive, you might want to try selling your vehicle on the side. It could help you get the exact price you are looking for!
