This weekend is the 4th of July weekend and I’m not going to lie I love going to watch the fireworks! It’s one of my favorite things in this world to do! The only trouble is that the mosquitoes stalk me. Really! It’s like they know where I am at all times and make it their mission in life to drain me of blood. Fun fact, they are doing a great job.

No matter how much bug spray I use, it will never be enough! I go through an unreasonable amount as it is. I am convinced that I am solely responsible for the destruction of the ozone layer with how many aerosol cans of bug spray I go through! Not to mention how messed up my lungs surely are.

That all being said, I still love to go see the fireworks. So I’m sure you’re wondering how I plan to watch the fireworks when I’m being hunted by tiny vampire flies? I will be watching the show through the windshield of my beautiful 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES 2.0. from Younger Mitsubishi. It has a big beautiful windshield to watch the fireworks from. I know that I’ll be able to hear them from the car, AND I can play my music while I watch.

I’ll have my snacks all packed and ready to have my own little Outlander picnic and enjoy the show! My friends all make fun of me, but honestly, I’ll be toasty warm, no bug bites, and I’ll have snacks! Who is the real winner? I think it’s me. I can almost guarantee that next year, if not this year they’ll be hopping on over to my car asking if they could maybe come inside and sit and watch for a little while. Last laugh, party of 1.
